Inflatable Boats & Rescue Equipment

Inflatable boats offer a fun and reliable alternative to the more traditional type of water vessels. We sell and service a range of inflatables, plus various inflation adaptors and valves to suit any type of inflatable. We also design and manufacture custom alloy trailers for various rescue and recreational needs. We also stock a large range of rescue equipment and specialised equipment for surf/swift water rescue.

Yellow Triangular Fuel Cells

Yellow triangular fuel cells are designed to provide optimum performance and fuel efficiency. They are made of high-quality materials and construction and have been tested and approved by the Sydney Harbour Sailing Authority. With a large capacity, these fuel cells will keep you going for hours on end. And because they're triangular-shaped, they'll fit perfectly into any standard fuel tank.

Two Finger Spin Clamps**

With the new clean air emission regulation, the new clean air outboard motors also come with a forward gear shift, with the mounting brackets attached under the steering bracket. This reduces the amount of room available for the spin clamps. Therefore, Midcoast Marine International has designed a two-finger version, which can be tightened into the horizontal position, eliminating the lack of space issue when using the four-finger spin clamps.

Surf Kits with new Tohatsu sealed Surf Club motors

When ordering a new Tohatsu Surf Club outboard, Surf Clubs will need to nominate when ordering a motor to supply with or without a surf kit. You can also order propeller guards.

MCM Outboard Motor Flushing Attachment

The MCM CNC machined motor flushing attachment was designed primarily for outboard motors with propeller guards fitted. Designed for the 25/30hp Tohatsu to screw into the side flushing port, the flushing attachment provides excellent flushing of the motor and is safer than attempting to fit flush muffs around a propeller. The MCM CNC fushing attachment also works as a high-pressure nozzle for cleaning. The O-ring is a standard 12mm hose-fitting O-ring. The attachment is knurled for easy grip when fitting and removing.

MCM Alloy Outboard Motor Lifting Handles

Manual handling and OH&S are a major priority with any manual lifting process. The introduction of the clean air outboard motor legislation, the outboard motor weight has increased from 58 kg to 79 kg. To assist with the safe manual handling/lifting/carrying of these motors, Peter Hallett has designed the MCM alloy outboard motor lifting handles. These handles simply screw onto each end of the tilt tube, and two people can very safely lift and carry the outboard motor, maintaining a low centre of gravity to minimise the risk of injury.

MCM Throttle Return Spring

The MCM throttle return spring was designed by Peter Hallett to return the throttle back to idle in the event that the driver lost control of the motor and fell out of the boat. The throttle return spring is an essential safety feature in minimising the risk of injury.

MCM Mobile Alloy Flushing Tank

The MCM mobile alloy flushing tank is perfect for running your motors pre- and post-operation, providing maximum protection to your water pump, and the MCM flushing tank has a drain tap for safe and easy emptying of the tank.
